Is Apple being greedy?

Ok, so I was just chatting with a friend and we were talking about the iPhone SDK. And how apple is most likely going to be selling ALL the apps you all create via iTunes. So both you and them make some money.

Is this why we are not seeing the flash player on the iPhone? Is apple being greedy so we can't make free apps and games for everyone to use, using flash? I don't know but it sures seems that way. I know adobe doesn't want to drag their feet on this so it must be n Apple thing. What do you think?

Apple is a business! I’m sure if it is financially viable for them to employ Flash on the iPhone / iPod Touch, they will do it. I can only think it’s just a matter of time before Apple and Adobe reach some kind of agreement on this. It’s up to the users to continue to request it, because Apple does tend to listen to their customers in the long run. Here’s hoping!

Does your flash game/app work in Flash 7 or Flash 6? That’s what you can get for a pocket PC. Does it work with Flash Lite?
Maybe they’re working on a player that will work with flash 9 files? I have no idea. But then again, a Flash game/app designed for 1024 X 768 screen would suck on a 320 X 480 Screen.
And yes, it does blow that Flash isn’t supported.
Is it better to not support it or kind of support it?
    What about Silverlight?
